Took me a couple of days to remember to use it instead of the tap, but now I wouldn't be without it. Works well on most of our glasses — only a very wide-bottomed glass doesn't sit perfectly, but that's minor. The matte black looks great next to our sink. Happy with the purchase.
Bought this initially for rinsing glasses but I now use it for my partner's denture cup too and it works a treat. Quiet, quick, and the basket is a good size. My dentist actually commented on how clean things looked at the last visit. Delivery was faster than expected.
